“Something i did that was healthy: I think watching Jillian Michael’s podcast while making breakfast! It’s making me happy since she just came out about having 2 kids! :D” She’s having TWO kids? DANG! And that’s definitely healthy. Breakfast and a bit of inspiration and happiness is the best start to any morning!
Tasheon and her niece are the cutest little things! I’ve just come across her Tumblr and I love it! She posts a lot of personal stuff and her blog is filled with lots of fun and inspiration! I’m really enjoying seeing her progress. Can you believe she’s already 65lbs down? WOW, GIRL! She’s just an amazing person and I’m really rooting for her success!

Played Dodgeball and Floor hockey! Sweated up a storm so it was a AWESOME workout! It was so freaking competitive!
Great little boost to memorial day! Going to the park later and i’m ready to have a blast with my nieces and nephews.
That’s four days off from and gym and eating right.
My life has been crazy, stressful, emotional and overall just bad.
I feel like having this blog i should be honest.
Good news though!
Tomorrow is monday though and i’m gonna get back to it. I’m doing a special memorial day workout at my gym. I’m really excited for it! I will let you know how it goes.
Sorry for being a bad weight loss blog but i’m gonna be back to the normal blog soon.
